Accommodations

For the convenience of our guests, we have secured group rates at the Executive Inn in Burnaby the rates are:

• $119/night (plus taxes) includes a Continental breakfast
• $125/night (plus taxes) includes an American breakfast

Please reserve your room by contacting the Executive Inn directly at 604-298-2010 or at 1-800-590-3932. Quote the Druce/Gardner Wedding #7600 to receive this special price.

A free shuttle will be provided to take guests to and from the wedding.

We recommend that you arrange your accommodations as soon as possible, however you must book before May 29th for this rate. If you want to extend your stay at the hotel, this rate will be honoured for up to 3 days prior and 3 days after our wedding date.

Food & Drink

A plated dinner will be served shortly after the ceremony (and we've taken some pictures :). The dinner choices are:

• Grilled New York Steak
• Pan Seared Halibut
• Vegetarian

The bar will be open immediately following the ceremony. Each guest will receive drink tickets. There will be wine served with dinner.

Registries

For those of our guests who would like to give a gift, we have two wedding registries available. Our preference is for people to use the Honeyfund registry (a honeymoon registry), however if you would prefer to use a traditional registry the Linens 'n Things registry is available.

Our wedding ceremony and following reception will be on Sunday, June 29th 2008 at 5:30 PM at the Hart House on Deer Lake in Burnaby, BC.

It is an outdoor wedding, please dress for sun!

Take exit 33 toward Canada Way
Merge onto Kensington Ave
Slight left at Canada Way

From the Queensborough bridge (Richmond, Delta):
Take the exit toward 20th St/Stewardson Way
